Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy


Our company solemnly promises to strictly abide by the following relevant social responsibility and ethical standards:


1. No use of child labor: We do not employ child labor (child labor refers to those under the age of 16).


2. No use of prison labor: We do not use prison labor in production activities within the factory, nor do we subcontract our products and 

    services to prison labor.


3. No forced labor: We do not force any of our employees to engage in involuntary labor.


4. No coercion or harassment: Each employee is treated with dignity and respect, and we do not use corporal punishment, threats of 

    violence, or other forms of physical abuse, sexual abuse, psychological abuse, or verbal abuse.


5. No discrimination: There will be no discrimination in recruitment and employment, including discrimination in wages, benefits, 

    promotions, disciplinary actions, etc., on the grounds of race, religion, age, nationality, social or ethnic group, sexual orientation, 

    gender, political opinion, or disability.


6. Freedom of association: We respect employees' legal and peaceful ways of associating and organizing, and we will not impose 

    punishment or intervention on any association or organization.


7. Health and safety: In accordance with all relevant laws and regulations, we provide employees with a safe and healthy workplace, 

    and ensure that they have reasonable access to drinking water and sanitation facilities, fire safety, as well as adequate lighting and 

    ventilation.


8. Remuneration and benefits: We fully comply with China's Labor Law and all relevant laws and regulations on wages and working 

    hours, including those on minimum wage, overtime, maximum working hours, etc., and provide legally stipulated benefits.


9. Environmental protection: We comply with all relevant environmental protection laws and regulations.
